01. What is the TTDA (The Tangerine Dream Archive)?

The Tangerine Dream Archive is probably the most comprehensive collection of visual material from the band. Monika Froese has been documenting the work of Edgar Froese and Tangerine Dream since the mid-1960s.
The archive contains thousands of photographs, graphics, press articles and original memorabilia, as well as film and video footage. Since Monika Froese’s death in 2000, the archive has consisted entirely of analogue material, which is now being digitized as extensively as possible.
Monika Froese donated all her work to her son, Jerome Froese, during her lifetime. All rights of use have been transferred to him, and the archive also contains many recordings made by Jerome himself and others over the decades.
